The State of College Baseball in Florida really couldn't be better at this point in the season.

Florida has been fantastic so far this season, and took another step forward over the weekend with an impressive road series win over South Carolina. The Gators remain No. 1 in the latest Perfect Game Top 50 rankings, but they're not alone when it comes to programs in the Sunshine State making a statement.

Florida State had another fabulous week and moved up to No. 4 in the latest rankings, while Miami moved to No. 12 from No. 13 after earning a home series win over Maryland and having yet another strong week. There's also Central Florida, which moved from No. 24 to No. 17 in this week's rankings after earning a huge home series win over East Carolina.

Teams that dropped out of this week's rankings include Clemson, Tulane, Santa Clara and Portland, while teams that entered the rankings include Auburn, Southeastern Louisiana, Virginia and New Mexico State.

The PG Top 50 is released each Monday morning during the college baseball season.
