Perfect Game Featured in the New York Post

Perfect Game not only played host to 192 teams in Marietta for the WWBA 17U National Championship, it had the privilege of hosting nationally known New York Post columnist Kevin Kernan for a couple of days early in the week.

Kernan was ostensibly in town to watch his son Corey, a 2010 centerfielder from Pequannock Township High School in New Jersey, play for the Baseball Parks of America team.  He was so taken in by the baseball atmosphere at the 17U National Championship and by the history of Perfect Game that he decided he would write his Sunday Column this week on Perfect Game.

The New York Post has the sixth largest circulation of any newspaper in the country.

Below is a link to Kernan’s column on the New York Post website, complete with a great picture of Milwaukee Brewers All-Star 1B Prince Fielder from the 2001 PG National Showcase at Tropicana Field.
