Bronson Hickman (2024, Chester, Texas) stood out to the scouting staff in Texas with his showing at the Sunshine South showcase where he impressed as a two-way prospect and it was more of that here at the National Select. He’s a strong-bodied 6-foot-3, 185-pounds but there is some athleticism and plenty of tools across the board. He’ll run the fastball into the upper-80s with good life and command of the pitch while being able to tunnel a breaking ball while the swing has some explosiveness but overall is highlighted by big strength off the barrel when he runs into it.
