Lehigh RHP commit Brady Roberts (2023, Sewell, N.J.) kicked off our 2021 Super25 Northeast Fall Super Qualifier Friday, shoving 4 innings with 7 strikeouts and 0 earned runs in a 14-1 win for his Brooklawn side over Diamond Studs 17U. The long-limbed and projectable 5-foot-11, 170-pound righty consistently worked with direct downhill mechanics from a simple repeatable motion and over-the-top slot. His full arm action allowed for minimal stress on the arm, showcasing a live fastball up to 89 mph with ease. Roberts flashed a sharp 12-6 curve on command with lots of late downward break, further adding to his overall appeal.
