The top-ranked 2019 prospect from Puerto Rico and a talented two-way prospect, Rivera could develop either way in college, although he projects as an outfielder initially as a professional. He has a strong and very athletic build with plenty of lefthanded bat speed and has perhaps the best throwing arm of any outfielder in the class nationally. Rivera can also reach the low-90s from the left side on the mound with a potential plus curveball.
