Robert Linares is a 2022 3B/OF with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Downey, CA who attends Warren. Large frame with good present physicality. Ran a 7.27 second 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, takes some time with his actions, sees the ball deep and funnels it tight to his body, shows sound glove work and builds momentum into an easy release generating some carry on throws across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, took an impressive round sending multiple balls out of the park to the pull side. Generates very easy bat speed with a loose and leveraged swing, adjusts the barrel well to match plane consistently and explodes through the impact point with excellent strength behind the swing. Good student. Named to 2021 California Workout Camp Session 6 Top Prospect List.
