Tj Kervin is a 2019 3B/RHP with a 6-0 186 lb. frame from Saraland, AL who attends Saraland HS. Recorded a 7.76 second 60-yard dash. Medium athletic frame with room to add size and strength. Showed deliberate actions in the infield with arm strength that will continue to improve as he adds strength. Shorter arm action through the back and gets through on throws. High leg lift and compact arm action on the mound. Worked with fastball often and showed three pitches. Threw strikes and released the pitch from a mid-three-quarter arm slot; up to 77 mph with the fastball. Hanging leg lift trigger at the plate and showed the ability to drive the ball for power. Fly-ball approach with the ability to hit the ball to all fields. Can adapt quickly to different pitches and the power translated well in-game. Outstanding student.
