Kyler Fedko is a 2018 SS/2B with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Gibsonia, PA who attends Vincentian Acad/Duquesne Univ. Longer athletic build with a strong frame. Ran a 6.97 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop. Rounds the ball well with a smooth pace and deliberate footwork. Active hands while fielding. Deeper arm circle in back while releasing from a three-quarters arm slot and topping out at 86 miles per hour. Developing accuracy and tends to miss high on occasion. Should good range especially when working up the middle. Righthanded hitter with a wider spread and even stance. Starts with a high back elbow and a medium leg lift trigger. Lower half has some rotational movements to contact. Stays on the backside with good balance throughout swing. Present bat speed with a short and quick swing path. High contact swing with some pop in the bat. Repeats well and looks to drive the ball to the gaps. Good student. University of Connecticut commit. Named to the 2018 National Pre-Draft Showcase Top Prospect List.
