Jett Hope (2024, Bixby, Okla.) took the hill in the morning time slot and did not disappoint. The right-hander showcased an athletic delivery down the mound with fairly low effort used throughout. Quick arm speed allows the ball to jump out of the hand. It helped produce an overpowering fastball that sat 85-87 mph. Quality arm-side run allows the offering to miss barrels. It was paired with an upper-60s curveball that showed good bite. Hope displayed confidence in the offering, landing it for strikes early in counts. The two-pitch mix, along with the athletic delivery and quick arm speed, make Hope an intriguing arm to follow on the mound. The frame should only get stronger and the stuff should only continue to improve.
