The Washington native gets down the mound with exceptional extension and releases from a higher slot. He operated 88-91 and held the velocity over his three innings. The right-hander threw strikes and showed a true three-pitch mix with all having the potential to be plus future offerings. Swanson ended his line with three scoreless, one-hit frames while punching out four. The future is very bright for the hugely talented 15-year-old as he shows all of the traits of a power arm.
