What Happened: The Cardinals came into the Pac-12 Tournament as the No. 1 seed and was expected by many to take home the title yet again. Unfortunately for Stanford, things did not work out that way. After beating up on Cal in the opener, the Cardinals dropped a tough one to Oregon 8-6 in 10 innings and followed it with a 14-4, run-rule loss to Arizona in the semi-final round. 

Carrying Tool: Offensive Power 
Stanford hit 102 homeruns as a team this year, which was 32 more than their opponents. Six players within the Cardinal lineup posted double digit homeruns and four hit 14 or more. From the top to the bottom, the powerful lineup can produce loud contact and put up crooked numbers at any moment.  



Concerns: Bullpen Depth 
While names like Dowd and Bruno have proven they can miss bats at a high rate, the Cardinals do not have a single arm out of the pen with an ERA below
