The True Mindsets team understands that each athlete is unique, and its programs and services are designed to meet the athlete where they are and build from there. Mental and emotional skills are the engines that power an athlete’s performance on and off the field.

By focusing on building better people first, athletes are more likely to handle the pressure of competition, manage their emotions, and work well as part of a team. By prioritizing the development of the whole person, True Mindsets is helping athletes not only excel in sports but in all areas of their lives.  This includes training sessions focused on mental skills such as preparation, standards vs. expectations, routines, fear of failure, approach, visualization, self-talk, and relaxation techniques, as well as resources for nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery.

For coaches, the platform offers guidance for developing practice plans, game strategies, and team culture and resources for communication, leadership, and mentorship.

Perfect Game understands the mental well-being of our youth has never been more challenging. Every child deserves the opportunity and access to resources that can support them in developing coping strategies, building resilience, and navigating the challenges of both sports and life. Mental skills coaching can help them build resilience, have a solid foundation of confidence and enhance their overall mental and emotional well-being.
