Owen Geiger (2023, Atoka, Tenn.), a big right-hander, impressed in a big way Friday night. The delivery counter-rotates well into a hard-firing back hip that generates upper-80s velo. The fastball command was really solid at times, changing eye level effectively along with working east to west with ease. The two-plane breaker displayed tight spin with some sharpness. Very tough to identify out of the hand, especially for the right-handed bat. There’s plenty more left in the tank.
