Jonathan Rodriguez (2025, Coral Springs, Fla.) showed pitchability and good command of all of his pitches. The right-hander has a smooth delivery from the windup, uses the lower half well, getting into a good hip hinge and hip shoulder separation at foot stike. His fastball sat 80-82 mph most of the day and got up to 83 mph a few times. He paired his fastball with a nice, tight slider in the low-70s that was able to generate swings and weak contact. Ended the day going 3 innings pitched, allowing zero hits and striking out 2 hitters.
