Taylor Shultz (2022, Acworth, Ga.), a 5-foot-9, 160-pound right-handed hitting shortstop, has scored 12 runs out of the leadoff spot for the 9-0 643 DP Cougars 18U Pagan as they get set to take on the PRP Mambas in the semi-finals of the 2022 WWBA 2022 Grads or 18U National Championship. The Georgia State commit is batting .350 with seven hits in 20 at-bats and nine walks for a .533 on-base percentage. The fleet-footed Shultz will look to continue to get on base and add to his five stolen bases and tournament leading runs scored total later today.
