Mason Jewell (2025, Siloam, N.C.) had a great start today for the USA Prime Coastal Stripes. The 5-foot-11, 140-pound pitcher sat in the 76-80 mph range with his fastball. He created swings and misses by mixing his fastball with a 69 mph curveball. Jewell had great tempo on the mound and stayed in a rhythm throughout the game. The young man struck out four in four innings pitched and only allowed four walks with three hits.
