2022 College Baseball Index

The Top 75 Freshmen kicks off a week’s worth of content ranking each of the best classes across college baseball. We’ll be going back to considering these prospects freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors with the designation being based off when they graduated high school. Due to COVID redshirts, traditional redshirts, and a bunch of other designations, we’ll be keeping it simple: freshmen are in their first year of college, sophomores their second, juniors their third, and seniors are anyone who is in at least their fourth year past high school. Today we’ll look at the top 75 freshmen across the country who graduated high school in 2021 and will begin their foray into college baseball.

While there was a lot of action across the country last week, the big news out of the small school divisions occurred in the NAIA.

Chase Morgan of Louisiana was outstanding on the mound as he struck out 11 over 8 while Tyler Bishop hit for the cycle for Omaha this past weekend.
