Drew Bowser is a 2020 SS/3B with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Encino, CA who attends Harvard-Westlake. Big and strong athletic build, plus body that could get even stronger. 7.22 runner, has good footwork at shortstop and moves well for his size, likely to end up at third base at the next level but should be very good there, has solid arm strength with an easy release and carry. Right handed hitter, hand raise load with plenty of pre-swing barrel action, limited lower half shift to his front side, has loose hands and creates bat speed, has some lift in his swing and nice loose extension out front, easy tension free swing, can get even more bat speed with additional lower half use. Outstanding student, verbal commitment to Stanford. Named to play in the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
