Josh Hyneman  RHP - 2022 - Jonesboro, AR
Arkansas

The big 6-4/240 Arkansas commit had one of the best showcase performances in PG history. He went 3 perfect innings on the mound, striking out 7, while working in the 86-90 mph range. One of his innings was an Immaculate Inning, with 9 pitches and 3 strikeouts. Hyneman also went 6-6 at the plate with a Showcase Cycle, including a home run, 2 triples, a double and 2 singles.

Spence Coffman  SS - 2022 - Corinth, MS
Southeastern Louisiana

Coffman stood out in many areas. He ran a 6.65 sixty, had a big arm from shortstop and had very good right handed bat speed along with a very aggressive swing that produced lots of power. He was also up to 86 mph on the mound with a nice slider.

Brock Brubaker  OF - 2022 - Owensboro, KY
Campbellsville University

Brubaker's speed really stood out, as he ran a 6.49 sixty and showed high level defensive ability in centerfield, including a very accurate arm. He has a short line drive swing with good hands at the plate.

Logan Stewart  SS - 2022 - Pea Ridge, AR
Northeastern State

Stewart is a nice all around athlete. He blasted the only home run of batting practice and also showed off one of the strongest arms at the event, throwing 86 mph in infield drills and topping at 85 mph off the mound with outstanding life to the pitch.

Vaughn Smith  SS - 2022 - Memphis, TN
St. Xavier University

Smith is a very good defensive infielder and made numerous nice plays both at shortstop and his natural position, second base. He has a high contact swing that produced multiple clean base hits.

2023 Top Prospects

Owen Block  RHP - 2023 - Nashville, TN
Washington University (Missouri)

Block was one of the best overall athletes at the showcase but he showed best on the mound. He was up to 88 mph on his fastball but his best pitch was a sharp biting 76 mph slider that created some ugly swings from hitters.

Matthew Autry  3B - 2023 - Collierville, TN
Union University

Autry has a compact 5-7 build with good present strength. He ran a 7.01 sixty and showed nice arm strength and overall actions in the middle infield on defense.

Luke Sweigart  C - 2023 - Roswell, GA
Glenville State

Sweigart is a mature catcher with good strength in his body and sound fundamental receiving skills behind the plate to go with some leadership ability.

2024 Top Prospects

Bryson Jackson  C - 2024 - Corinth, MS
Itawamba CC

Jackson was the best catcher at the showcase both offensively and defensively. He played with outstanding energy behind the plate and picked up multiple extra base hits with his strong right handed bat.

Nathan Myers  RHP - 2024 - Collierville, TN
Union University

Myers has a nice young 6-2/165 pitcher's build and a clean arm action. He topped out at 81 mph with big sink and run and it's easy to see him in the mid-80's in the near future. His curveball was a solid second pitch.

Zander Smith  1B - 2024 - Paducah, KY
Uncommitted

Smith is an interesting athlete with a very projectable 6-4/179 body. He looked sharp in his inning on the mound, topping out at 80 mph, showed nice athleticism at first base and in right field and flashed plenty of power potential.

2025 Top Prospects

Landon Carter  SS - 2025 - Sherwood, AR
Arkansas

Carter picked up 3 or 4 game hits with a quick and strong swing that worked the middle of the field consistently with line drive contact. He's also a 7.04 runner with middle of the field athleticism.

Cason Hill  OF - 2025 - Murfreesboro, TN
Samford

Hill's best tool is his right handed bat. He has a fluid swing with good extension through the ball and can square it up to all fields. Hill also showed strong fundamental actions defensively in the outfield and the makings of some good arm strength.
