2020 Top Prospects

Micah Walker  SS - 2020 - Pasadena, TX
Hill College

Walker showed well overall in this event, starting off by running a 6.73 second 60 yard dash and taking a very clean round of infield along with an 88 mph arm, also showing off a clean stroke with bat speed and juice when hitting.


2021 Top Prospects

Hudson White  C - 2021 - Fort Worth, TX
Texas Tech

White has lots of upside both as a catcher with a loud arm and good athleticism as well as an infielder, where his feet, range, and arm all play well. He's also got excellent hitting tools with bat speed and leverage to go along with present power to both gaps.

Cam'Ron McCoy  RHP - 2021 - Chesterfield, MO
Missouri State

McCoy showed a lot of arm talent on the mound, running his fastball up to 90 mph with good carry and flashing an excellent curveball, and his upside is vast as he continues to find consistency.

Parker Lee  MIF - 2021 - Friendswood, TX
Galveston College

Lee has lots of strength in his swing and shows that off when hitting, getting the barrel out front and generating lots of loft, he also showed well as a defensive corner infielder.

Johnathan Jackson  OF - 2021 - Flower Mound, TX

Jackson burned up the track in the 60, clocking in at 6.38 seconds, an extremely fast time. He showed well defensively in CF with range and that obvious speed, making good plays in the outfield all weekend.


2022 Top Prospects

Tate Yardley  RHP - 2022 - Ovalo, TX
Texas Tech

Yardley was outstanding on the mound, running his fastball up to 90 mph with good command to the edges and an excellent, sharp-breaking curveball up to 81 mph. He's also a very talented infield defender.

Jeric Curtis  OF - 2022 - Cypress, TX
Texas Tech

Curtis has tons of twitch to him, with a 6.32 second 60 yard dash time and lightning speed in the OF with an 86 mph arm, and there's also solid bat speed with some gap power in there as well.

Connor Kelley  RHP - 2022 - Spring, TX
Paris Junior College

Kelley has excellent size at 6-7/220 and looked great on the mound in this event, running his fastball up to 88 mph with good plane and a big, deep-breaking curveball in the low-70's as well.

Zackary Hunter Nichols  RHP - 2022 - Missouri City, TX

Nichols was solid all-around but really stood out on the mound, where he showed a clean delivery and an 84-87 mph fastball along with feel for spinning a CB and a SL well.

Garrett Graham  3B - 2022 - Abilene, TX

Graham had a pretty loud showing in this event, showing off massive power to the pull-side with advanced strength and bat speed along with good third base projection defensively.

Coldon Kiser  OF - 2022 - Lubbock, TX
Texas State

Kiser ran a 6.56 second 60 yard dash and showed that twitch in the OF as well, where he also threw 87 mph. He's got lots of present bat speed and potential impact with the bat as well.

Ross showed well on the mound, working 81-84 mph with good feel for his SL, and he also showed substantial righthanded power at the plate, especially to the pull side.

Bauer showed good athleticism in the 60 with a 6.87 time, then got on the mound and dominated, working 84-87 mph and showing good feel for both a biting CB and sharp SL.

Connell graded out best on the mound in this one, working 82-85 mph downhill with good life while showing flashes of a hard, late-biting curveball.

Mattix looked good on the mound, running his fastball up to 86 mph with late cutting action at times along with a quality, sharp-breaking slurve.

Hintz had a great all-around showing, with big catch-and-throw upside behind the plate along with good strength at the plate, and he worked 82-86 mph on the mound as well.

Boyer started the event by clocking a plus time in the 60 at 6.62 seconds, then took a solid round of IF and swung it well, showing good bat speed and path with impact pull-side.

Sowell has good athleticism and puts it on display both in the infield and in the outfield, and he also has good speed and strength in his bat, making him a well-rounded player.

McKay showed well on the bump, running his fastball up to 83 mph with ride along with a good CB and good SL; he also threw 86 mph from 1B and showed well defensively at 1B and in the OF.

Box clocked a 6.67 second 60 yard dash time and took a very clean round of infield with clean hands and feet, and showed a compact stroke at the plate that covers the plate well.

Longo has an easy, balanced swing with good plate coverage and barrel skills, using the whole field with ease. He's also a good infield defender with clean hands and a solid arm.

Lassiter has projection on his body along with advanced arm speed, working 82-86 mph on the mound with good feel to spin the ball, creating very good upside on the mound.

Cobb looked good on the mound, working 80-84 mph with good angle from the left side, mixing in a sharp slider and a fading changeup. He also has some bat speed and projects for power at the plate.

Avalos ran a 6.78 second 60 and took an excellent round of infield showing light feet with clean hands and a quick release, and he also worked up to 83 mph on the mound.

Jackson Jr ran a 6.87 second 60 to kick off his weekend, then showed some positional versatility during defensive workouts. He also showed good bat speed at the plate with barrel feel, and wore out the middle of the diamond with liners.

Campbell worked 82-84 mph on the mound, working downhill with good life to the arm side on his fastball, and he showed some feel for spinning a sharp breaker as well.

Wood stood out as a two-way in this event, working up to 85 mph with a dynamic changeup on the mound as well as showing bat speed with serious power upside as a hitter.

Trenton Buckley  OF - 2024 - Magnolia, TX
Louisiana-Monroe

Buckley has some versatility as a defender and threw 88 mph from the OF, and he also got on the mound and worked 81-85 mph with a quick arm. The whole profile projects well.

Chase Batten  LHP - 2024 - Richmond, TX

Batten projects well on the bump, as he showed a clean and easy delivery in this event with his fastball up to 83 mph from the left side, also showing good feel for his breaking ball and changeup.
