Kevin Haslam (2025 OF, Pflugerville, TX) came to play, has a short compact swing with good bat speed. Haslam smashed the ball deep to left center one hopping the fence for a triple, ended the day 2 for 3. He runs well, showed off his speed on the bases and in the outfield. Also played some good defense. 

Hogan Nelson (2025 RHP, Fort Worth, TX) did a little of everything today, played great defense all over, made a great play up the middle at shortstop. Showed off his range in the infield and outfield. Has good hands and feet with a quick transfer and release. On the mound topped out at 80 MPH and created a lot of groundball outs with his fastball. Swung the bat and did some damage, went 2 for 3 with a triple. Runs the bases well and is aggressive.

Jackson Floren (2026 IF, Coppell, TX) came ready to swing it today. Saw the ball well and had great pitch selection. Floren went 3 for 4 today with a double and an RBI. He was aggressive on the bases and made the defense work a little bit. Has quick hands and a level swing. 

Tyler Robinson (2026 IF, Edmond, OK) swung it well today, ended the day 3 for 3 with a double. Hit the ball hard, has quick hands and good pitch selection. Ran the bases well. Don’t let his small frame and slender build fool you, he is tough. Also played some great defense. 

Blaine Smith (2025 LHP, Burleson, TX) had himself a day, he went 2 for 4 with a double and a triple. He hit the ball hard every at bat and ran the bases well. Swings the bat well, has a level swing with good bat speed. Tracked down some balls in the outfield and showed off his arm. Also pitched three innings and had four strike outs.

Grant Wren (2025 RHP, Melbourne, AR) came to pitch, threw three innings struck out five batters and only gave up one hit. Fastball topped out at 85 MPH, created a lot of swing and misses. Has a projectable pitcher’s body, has good size, his slender athletic build will continue to get stronger as he gets older

Brendon Gleim (2026 OF, Euless, TX) displayed his athleticism all game, made a sweet diving play down the right field line to end the inning. Has a great first step and showed his speed. Also had himself a day in the box, had two hard hits middle away. Has good bat speed, with a middle approach. Has a young build, small frame but plays big.

Braxton Robertson (2025 RHP, Texarkana,AR) is an athlete, made some great plays on defense and pitched well. Has good hands and feet with a strong arm, From the mound topped out at 80 MPH, with a 71 MPH breaking ball. Throws a heavy fastball that created some swing and misses. 

Robert Hoffman (2025 IF, Hurst, TX) led the inning off with a hard line drive single to left field. Has a strong athletic build for his age. Has a short compact swing and good bat speed. Had some good at bats today, with good pitch selection. Also made some good plays of defense and runs well. 

Westin Thompson (2025 IF, Roanake, TX) swung it well, hit the ball hard on a line. Has a level swing and says on plane well. Roped a ball to left field, showed some pull side power. Thompson is agile, moved well on defense, made some tough plays down the third baseline making it look easy. Has a strong

Luke Kemp (2025 RPH, Wall,TX) came to play, made some nice plays down the third base line. Displayed good footwork and smooth hands with a strong arm. Got on the mound and pitched well, topped out at 83 MPH with a 69 MPH breaking ball. Has a strong lean athletic build, is aggressive and runs well. 

Jace Thrope (2025 IF, Prosper, TX) smashed a ball to the deepest part of the field in center for a triple. He has a short compact swing with good bat speed. Has a middle approach and hit the ball hard every at bat. Also played some great defense. Has a tall lanky build with plenty of projectability, he will continue to get stronger as he gets older.

Ethan Pitcher (2025 2B, Dallas, TX) wasn’t messing around, started the game off with a double to left center that one hopped the fence. Don’t let his small frame, slender build fool you, he has great pop and plus bat speed. Also played solid defense. 

Hogan Nelson (2025 OF, Fort Worth, TX) hit the ball hard on a line over the left fielder’s head to one hope the fence.  Has a short compact swing with plus bat speed. Has a strong athletic build, has a good presence in the box. Made some great plays at third base. 

Brady Campbell (2025 SS, Phoenix, AZ) Hit a triple on a line to left field that one hopped the fence. Runs well, just glides around the bases. Very athletic, covered ground in the infield and outfield. Made some great plays on defense, has good hands and feet with a quick transfer. 

Asher Levy (2025 RHP, Dallas, TX) has a tall lanky, projectable body that catches peoples’ attention. Worked quickly, threw strikes and maintained his velo through three innings. Topped out at 78 MPH. Has a good presence on the mound. He also hit the ball hard on a line, has a short compact level swing.

Braxton Beaty (2026 LHP, Angleton, TX) showed sharp command on the mound. Clean arm action and repeats his delivery well. His fastball was up to 74 MPH and flashed a breaking ball at 62 MPH. He ended up with five strikeouts in three innings pitched.

Travis Burkhalter (2026 SS, Magnolia, TX) stroked a double down the LF line early in this game. Showed off quick hands at the plate and good plate discipline. Also shows a good run tool and scored a run because of it.

Kortland Stovall (2026 LHP, Mt Pleasant, TX) has a projectable frame on the mound and tunnels his pitches well. His fastball is up to 74 MPH and his breaking ball has topped at 66. He struck out four in three innings.

Noah Jeon (2025 RHP, Coppell, TX) struck out the side in his first inning of work. Showed solid command ran his fastball up to 77 MPH. Showed feel for a breaking ball as well. Clean arm action and has a fluid delivery. 

Brett Harris (2026 C, Peosta, IA) barreled a ball for a nice base hit and stole a base. Shows solid athleticism and has good flexibility behind the plate. Good catch and throw ability.

Connor McGilvray (2025 RHP, Allen, TX) is showing an impressive sharp slider on the mound that's been around 68 MPH. His fastball is up to 75 MPH with life. He's mixing well and generating a lot of whiffs.

Luke Kemp (2025 OF, Wall, TX) had a multi hit game and has a nice compact swing. He put on a nice display in BP and carried it over into the game. Solid athleticism on the bases and in the field as well.
