7-Gray vs. 10-Royal

Jason Fultz (2025 SS, Harborcreek, PA) burned the center fielder with a deep double that drove in a run for 7-Gray. Fultz is an athletic righthanded hitting shortstop who has a level swing and a confident approach at the plate. 

Ariston Veasey (2024 C, Tyrone, GA) stands out for his defensively skillset behind the plate. He later tripled in the game to the opposite field gap after singling on two strike approach liner. 

Henry Allen (2024 3B, Auburn, AL) barreled a deep triple to the pull side gap. Allen produced the loudest contact of the contest with a powerful stroke, lift to his swing and jump off of his barrel.

Dominic Smeal (2025 RHP, Fayetteville, GA) added to the offense for 10-Royal with pair of singles and run scored. Smeal has quick hands to the baseball and a lean frame that for projects for more power with added strength. 

Joshua Campbell (2025 OF, Bloomfield Hills, MI) is the younger brother of Stanford commit Saborn Campbell and has a similar athletic skillset in the outfield. He smoked a double in this game and showed off his speed on the base paths as well as in the outfield. 

Andrew Doherty (2024 C, Suwanee, GA) has an easy approach at the plate not trying to do too much with his contact skills. Doherty knocked two hits in the contest and added an RBI for his team as well. 

Ian McNeill (2024 LHP, Land O Lakes, FL) provided his team with an RBI single and a triple in his team’s second game of the event. McNeil showed a talented feel for the barrel squaring up the ball to all parts of the field in the game. 

Ridge Southerland (2025 RHP, Little Rock, AR) added two more hits today after a loud day in game action yesterday. Southerland 2-hopped the left field wall on a double and laced a single to left field as well. 


Batting Practice Highlights

6/16/2020

Ian McNeill (2024 LHP, Land O Lakes, FL) started with an open stance as he did a good job of transferring weight into swings. He took linear cuts at the baseball as he squared it up consistently. He sprayed the baseball to all fields, which was most impressive. 

Jose Perdomo (2025 SS, Orlando, FL) generated some of the best bat speed during batting practice. He had great feel for the barrel as it stayed long through the hitting zone. He drove baseballs into the left-center gap throughout his round. 

Jax Phillips (2024 3B, Milton, GA) showed as one of the more physically gifted prospects during workouts. He utilized a slightly uphill swing path as he looked to lift baseballs for power. He hit a couple of very loud, deep fly balls during his round. 

Hudson Brown (2024 OF, Cumming, GA) had one of the most fundamentally sound swings from batting practice as he drove baseballs around the park. He proved to have some pop in the barrel to the pull side as well. 

Paul Green (2024 OF, Tyrone, GA) showed to have a raw swing with strength to go with it. His swing path flashed as linear and he found barrels often. When he ran into one, the contact was loud to say the least. He proved to have some oppo power as well. 


8-Green vs 9-Maroon Highlights

Paul Green (2024 OF, Tyrone, GA) has promising tools on both sides of the ball. During the contest, Green was able to hop on the mound and top out at 84 mph with his fastball.

Jaxon Walker (2024 OF, Lenoir City, TN) smoked a triple off of a fastball to the pull side gap. Walker picked up where he left off yesterday barreling the baseball and using his speed to fly around the bases. 

Duke Stone (2024 RHP, Uvalda, GA) has immense projection on the mound already standing at 6-foot-3, 170-pounds. Stone uses projectable arm speed and an online delivery that produces a fastball up to 77 mph.

Conrad Cason (2024 SS, Lilburn, GA) is one of the more athletic players at the 14U event. Carson showed nice two-way ability in the game Wednesday morning with a pair of base hits in the game and an athletic delivery with a fastball up to 79 mph.

Mark Buelow, Jr. (2024 RHP, Roswell, GA) collected 3 hits in the game, all singles. Buelow showed a nice feel for the barrel with bat to ball skills and a line drive swing plane to produce a pair of liners to the pull side.

7-Gray vs. 8-Green Game Highlights

6/16/2020

Gabe Boyd (2025 SS, Memphis, TN) Displayed an ability to hit the ball all over the field with loud contact, reaching base safely all three times he came to the plate. Tattooed a ball back up the middle for a base hit his first at bat. 

Jose Perdomo (2025 SS, Orlando, FL) Proved to be a force on both sides of the ball absolutely crushing triples in back to back at bats and adding a single on top of that. Also, displayed a plus arm in the infield throughout the day.

Jaxon Walker (2024 OF, Lenoir City, TN) Showed huge athleticism throughout the day. Crushed a triple and displayed plus speed around the bases. Continued showing off his plus speed by stealing two bases with ease as well.

Ridge Southerland (2025 RHP, Little Rock, AR) Displayed an ability to maintain his velocity through three strong innings today striking out six. Ran his fastball up to 81 and flashed a strong feel for spin on his breaking balls. Also, showed a ton of two-way potential at the plate destroying a ball off the left center field wall for a double. 

Andrew Doherty (2024 C, Suwanee, GA) Displayed a strong bat throughout the day lacing a double into the left center field gap and following it up with a rocket out to right field his next time up. 

Henry Allen (2024 3B, Auburn, AL) Showed a plus hit tool throughout the day crushing a double into center field. Very quick hands at the plate that allow him to hit the ball wherever it is pitched.

 


9-Maroon vs. 10-Royal Game Highlights

6/16/2020

Ariston Veasey (2024 C, Tyrone, GA) showed athleticism from his projectable frame throughout the game while recording one hit at the plate. On the mound, Veasey collected 2 Ks and allowed no hits running his FB up to 82 with a sharp breaking ball. 

Jack Ryan (2024 3B, Fayetteville, GA) flashed his defensive skills in the game making a diving play in the hole at 2B. Ryan also showed his ability to consistently make hard contact and had an RBI single.

Joshua Campbell (2025 OF, Bloomfield Hills, MI) displayed a good feel for the barrel in his plate appearances making hard contact each time and registering a hit.

Jax Phillips (2024 3B, Milton, GA) stood out in a big way throughout the game. At the plate, he made loud contact in all of his plate appearances with a 2B and a 3B to show for it. Phillips also impressed on the mound with good command of his FB up to 83 and feel for a breaking ball to record 4 Ks in two innings.

Brandon Musick (2024 SS, Whitesburg, GA) made solid contact in all 3 of his plate appearances showing good feel for the barrel and collected 2 hits in the game.

Ethan Terry (2024 SS, Suwanee, GA) showed his ability to take the ball to all fields and took a ball the other way in his last AB for a 2 RBI triple.

Brett Benecke (2024 C, Jackson, NJ) displayed his plate coverage in his first AB taking a pitch to the opposite field for a 1B. Benecke recorded another hit in his 2nd AB taking a pitch up the middle.
