Felix Rodriguez is a 2022 OF/ with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from La Romana, RO who attends Nueva Esperanza Academy Cs. Recorded a 7.36 second sixty yard dash time. Primary outfielder with an aggressive approach, comes and gets it with intent. Has plenty of urgency to the actions with present arm strength, recorded throws at 87 mph. Fundamentally sound actions, good showing overall defensively. Left-handed hitter with a balanced base and open stance. High hand and back elbow set, utilizes a big, hanging leg lift trigger. Long swing path, lower half gets overly rotational at times, will improve power potential as he transfers his weight forward and gets more hip drive. Creates loud impact when on time and squared, has a lofted path and can elevate at contact. Good student.
