Darius Thomas is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Rex, GA who attends Georgia Cyber Academy. Medium frame with a lean, athletic type build. Ran a 7.55 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, working into the baseball with efficient routes. Slows down upon gathering the baseball to make sure of a clean transfer. Releasing uphill from a lower slot as he was somewhat accurate around the bag. Threw it 62 mph during drills. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working with a side-step to a higher leg lift. Stays direct to dish as he works down the mound. Relies on the upper half to generate velocity. Shorter arm circle in the back before releasing from a higher slot. Only flashed a fastball that was up to 69 mph. Right-Handed Hitter, starting even with weight on back side. Reaching front foot stride as he works into a linear path. Stays short and simple while looking to drive it back up the middle of the field. Good Student.
