Nathan Myers is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Collierville, TN who attends Collierville. Primary right-handed pitcher with a long and lanky frame and athletic build. Works from the stretch on the first base side of the rubber. Coiled belt-high lift with short takeaway to a high 3/4 arm slot delivery. Arm side run on the fastball up to 85 mph (2171 RPM) and 11/5 shape curveball in the 70-mph range (1872 RPM). Best secondary is a changeup in the 75-mph range that he uses to both righties and lefties as an out pitch. Clean mechanics and delivery with ability to execute a three-pitch mix. Secondary outfielder working downhill through the ball with clean gather and online throws to the bases at 84 mph. Easy mover during drills and game action in the outfield. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open wide base and balanced stance in the box. Inward knee-lift trigger with hands separating into slot. Controls the barrel through the zone with wiry strength and impact to the pull side. Excellent student with a 4.33 GPA. Named to the National Academic Showcase (Tues/Wed) Top Prospect List.
