Dellton Henk is a 2020 C/3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Bowling Green, KY who attends Greenwood. Medium frame with an athletic build. Frame projects for additional strength. Primary catcher with a low, side set stance while receiving the baseball. Gains ground towards the bag while working out of crouched with clean footwork. Compact glove circle while working through exchange and released from a three-quarters slot. Throws produced on line carry to the bag topping at 74 miles per hour, best workout pop time of 2.01. Right handed hitter with an upright, even stance and medium leg lift trigger. Created some linear shift into contact with lower half. Loose, extended path to baseball with a fluid, lifted barrel plane. Flashed good strength at contact when connecting with baseball out front. Primarily worked to the middle of the field and pull side gap generating good carry when squared. Good student.
