Charlie Stumberger is a 2026 3B/RHP/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Atlantic Highlands, NJ who attends Red Bank Catholic. Medium, lean frame with a high waist and plenty of projection remaining. Recorded a 5.03 second forty-yard dash time. Primary third baseman that worked downhill through the baseball with proper footwork, a clean funnel and good lateral range to either side. Showed ability to change arm angles when necessary and produced accurate throws up to 81 mph across the diamond during drills. Secondary outfielder with anticipatory actions into the fielding process, while displaying proper footwork and fielding off his front foot. Gathers cleanly and works into release using some extra steps. Maintained some momentum into the throwing action and recorded arm strength up to 82 mph from the outfield during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a wider, slightly open stance with a flatter hand set, high back elbow and hanging leg lift trigger. Whole field approach with rotational lower half mechanics, flatter swing path and some feel for the barrel. Displayed consistent bat-to-ball skills and flashed some burgeoning power potential when on-time to the pullside of the field. Will continue to improve with minor swing adjustments and additional strength, fundamentally sound defensive skills. Excellent Student.
