Jake Ferry is a 2020 OF/RHP with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Oviedo, FL who attends Hagerty. Large and physical frame with more room to fill out. Ran a 6.84 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves to the ball with short strides and quickness, ball comes out cleanly with present arm strength, can potentially unlock more arm strength with slight adjustment to lower half mechanics at release, topped out at 85 mph from the outfield. Secondary righthanded pitcher, overhead windup with an online arm action, releases from a high 3/4 arm slot to create fastballs up to 81 mph, three pitch mix consisting of a curveball with depth to it and a changeup with life to armside. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a narrow stance, toe tap trigger with a stride into contact, bat wraps at load, pull side approach with pop and lift, rotational swing with some bat speed, looks to lift to the pull side with the ability to do so.
