Nathan Huff is a 2024 OF/RHP, 3B, UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Sharpsburg, GA who attends Trinity Christian. Tall, athletic frame with room to continue to add. Very good runner, 6.84 sixty. Right-handed hitter, works from a even base with a high hand set and solid rhythm in the box. Creates separation in the hands with smooth weight transfer and looks to impact out front. Natural feel for the barrel on display in the round, had some hard pull-side line drives. Primary outfielder, bouncing around with athletic movements and range. Has clean actions with the glove, one-hand gather on the side, efficient exchange, longer arm swing and a high three-quarters release. Was up to 87 mph from the outfield. Secondary right-handed pitcher, free and easy delivery, clean arm action, and a three-quarters release. Fastball up to 86 mph with good life in the zone, spin rates up to 2086 RPM. A curveball in the low-60s with 12-6 shape and depth, spin rates up to 1793 RPM. A changeup was also thrown in the upper-60s with spin rates up to 1370 RPM. Athletic player with feel for all facets of the game. Good student. Named to 2022 Southeast Prospect Top Prospect List.
