Ray Belkora is a 2019 3B/RHP with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from San Francisco, CA who attends St. Ignatius College Prep. Medium frame with strong, mature build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.65 seconds. Sets up to hit from spread-out, slightly crouched stance. Tilts spine back into load, rotational in lower half through swing mechanics, small leg lift trigger, inside-out path to ball with hands. Does a good job repeating swing, intent to hit the ball in the air, showed good approach up the middle and the opposite way, showed quality bat speed. Worked out in the infield, showed solid footwork to both sides with some range, shows good accuracy across the diamond with quick release, throws clocked up to 66 mph. Also pitched, gets online through delivery to landing, arm has quickness to it, fastball worked 65-68 mph with arm side run. Showed curveball with good depth; did a good job throwing strikes with all of his pitches. Good student.
