Khemraj Goberdan is a 2018 RHP/OF with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Queens Village, NY who attends Thomas A Edison Career And Technical HS. Thick and mature build. Fast paced leg raise start, lots of motion in his delivery to distract the hitter, stays balanced well throughout and has good drive to the plate, 3/4's arm slot. Mid-70's fastball, topped out at 77 mph, throws his fastball for strikes and gets ahead in counts. Threw both a curveball and a slider, slider had tighter spin with some bite and good sweep, tends to slow arm on curveball but gets some depth on the pitch. Showed a straight change up as well and knows how to mix his pitches. Works quickly and throws strikes. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with some bounce in his load, drops his hands to start swing, arm generated up hill swing plane. Good student.
