Tommy Fry is a 2020 OF/RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Dunwoody, GA who attends St. Pius X HS. Recorded a 7.19 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with a lean, wiry, and physically projectable build. Primary outfielder with quick feet. Attacks the ball nicely and gets on top of throws well. Short arm stroke and releases from an over the top slot with arm strength recorded up to 79 mph into the infield. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a short arm stroke and hides the ball well. Tight release, high leg lift, and gets downhill nicely. Curveball has 12/6 shape with good depth. Pitches to contact and has some natural cutting life on the fastball. Righthanded hitter with a balanced stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Inward toe tap into the stride with a short stroke. Quickness to his hands with a line drive approach and can improve power with additional lower half usage. Good student.
