Jordin D'Aversa is a 2018 SS/2B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Orange Beach, AL who attends Gulf Shores HS. Large frame with rangy, athletic build; highly projectable physicality. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.26 seconds. Sets up to hit from upright, even-based stance with high back elbow. Leg lift trigger, gets on lofted plane, works back through the middle consistently with the plate coverage necessary to go to all fields on a line as well. Worked out defensively in the infield, athletic actions with hip swivel at the ball, clean hands at the ball, has smoothness to actions and footwork, fields cleanly and works through crow hop, arm strength across the diamond clocked up to 71 MPH. Good student.
