Thomas Chandler is a 2019 SS/2B/RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Acworth, GA who attends North Cobb HS. Recorded a 7.15 60-yard dash. Medium frame with an athletic build. Primary shortstop who throws from a sidearm slot and had solid arm strength. The footwork is good and he made a number of plays, specifically while charging in and remaining balanced. Short arm action and hides the ball well on the mound. Showed the curveball often and it was effective at generating weak contact with the pitch. Has hands in a good position to strike the ball at the plate. Consistent line drives with an up the middle approach. Found the barrel of the bat often to create hard, line drive contact. Great student.
