Lebarron Johnson is a 2020 RHP/OF with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Jacksonville, FL who attends Paxon School/Advanced Studies. Long armed projectable athletic build. 3/4's arm action with very good loose extension out front, direction to the plate is inconsistent at times, will get crossfire at times, some energy at release. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, lots more velocity in there, got his fastball to both sides of the plate well with outstanding run and sink at times. Slider had tight spin and good depth. Should become more consistent in his mechanics with repetitions and physical maturity. 6.61 runner, big crow hop to throw in the outfield, long arm stroke with very good arm strength. Right handed hitter, rotational upper body swing from a narrow base, some hand quickness and flashed the ability to turn on the ball. High ceiling young prospect who could really come on in the near future. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Florida.
