Justin Henry is a 2017 OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from North Plainfield, NJ who attends Rutgers Prep. Large frame with a lean, athletic build that projects very well physically. Posted a 7.00 60 yard dash. In the outfield, used a long arm action and showed good extension. Generated good carry on throws that were accurate to the bag. At the plate, utilized a wide stance with a hand set close to the body. Double toe tap timing mechanism. Muscle bound, compact swing that would benefit from additional flexibility. Showed present strength and some bat speed with a line drive swing plane. Good student.
