Sawyer Lofstedt is a 2017 OF/MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Louisville, CO who attends Monarch HS. Slender young build. Very good runner, 6.60 in the sixty, moves well to the ball in the outfield, can make the difficult catch with his range, long arm action, can improve release speed. Right handed hitter, loads deep on his back side, limited shift into contact, short hands generated swing, downward swing path from a high hand set, looking to put the ball on the ground to the middle or opposite field, will need to incorporate his lower half in his swing. Has the speed and athleticism to keep improving, Good student.
