Jeff Younger is a 2006 right handed pitcher and first baseman with a 6'3" 210 pound frame from Tampa, Florida who attends Tampa Jesuit High School. He has a big body with good strength. Jeff has solid mechanics and a very loose arm. He uses his lower body very well and has good stamina. His fastball was thrown from 81-82 mph and had some run on it. His curveball at 75 mph was very hard and sharp with good depth. He threw strikes with both pitches and kept hitters off balance. At the plate, Younger has a simple approach at the plate. He has good power in his swing and punishes mistakes. Jeff is a good looking player who can pitch as well as swing the bat.
