Spencer Gendreau is a 2017 1B/RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Fort Collins, CO who attends Rocky Mountain HS. Medium young build, solid frame with some physical projection. Left handed hitter, short swing with a toe tap timer, quiet hands, swings hard and has some bat speed, barrel gets through the zone quick, line drive swing plane, hits to all fields, has hitting tools to develop with additional strength. Good young athleticism at first base, 7.71 runner. Also pitched, fastball to 72 mph from a simple stretch delivery, throws strikes with his fastball with occasional cutting action, tends to slow arm and body on curveball. Very good student.
