Reid Summers is a 2018 OF/C, SS with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Bondurant, IA who attends North Polk High School. Summers has a lean build with room to fill out. Hits from a square stance, good weight shift into swing with a good rhythm and a smooth load. Line drive swing plane with lift, keeps hands inside ball well and hit to all fields. Defensively, has a short quick arm with a good exchange. Funnels ball well with a smooth glove. Can throw from multiple arm slots and ball carries. Has upside on infield. Ran 6.96 Sixty. Outstanding student.
