Noah Bruckner is a 2018 C/2B with a 5-7 175 lb. frame from Atlantic, IA who attends Atlantic HS. Medium frame with a solid build and beginnings of strength. Projects for additional size and strength with continued physical maturity. Ran a 7.59 sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a low stance and good hip flexion while setting up to receive. Gains ground to the bag while working out of crouch, flashed explosive lower half actions. Quick exchanges while working to a compact arm action that generated some on line carry to the bag. Topped at 72 miles per hour with a best workout pop time of 2.13. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and toe tap trigger. Lower half works to contact with rotational actions while hands launch on a loose, extended path. Flashed some hand quickness to pitches located in with the ability to turn the barrel. Primarily works through extension on a level plane that created consistently line drive, ground ball contact to the middle of the field. Good student as well.
