Kyle Cardona is a 2017 SS/RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend HS. Slender young athletic build. Left handed hitter, straight stance, has a slow drift into contact, sees the ball well and keeps his swing short, triggers late but has quick hands and shortness enables him to pull and and work the middle of the field, line drive swing plane, lacks the present strength to drive the ball but has a good approach to build from. 7.18 runner, second base actions, has a quick release from a lower slot, quick hands he uses well, plays low to the ground and tries to play fast, best charging the ball for the quick release play.
