Jake Hodge is a 2019 RHP/OF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Remlap, AL who attends Oneonta HS. Solid athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Long full arm action on the mound, upper half rotational delivery with limited lower half drive to the plate. Mid-70's fastball has good arm side running and sinking action. Soft sweeping curveball, uses a split finger grip for his change up. 7.30 runner. Right handed hitter, has some strength in his swing and the ability to drive the ball on his pitch, handles the barrel well and competes offensively. Graded out higher as a position player at this event. Good student.
