Vince Bonanni is a 2020 RHP with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Palm Beach Gardens, FL who attends Cardinal Newman. Extra-large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and present physical strength proportioned well throughout, long limbs, additional room to fill moving forward. Primary righthanded pitcher, short side step moving into a leg lift below belt, raises hands in unison and shows up-tempo pace to delivery. Full arm action through the back, occasionally gets mistime with release from a low and extended three-quarters release point. Lands open with strike foot, able to generate lots of running life on fastball, topped out at 89 mph and able to induce ground ball contact when on top of ball and working down. Velocity will continue to climb with additional lower half drive; changeup shows running life up to 80 mph and slider up to 81 mph. Slider shows horizontal life with 2-8 shape, throws from a similar release point.
