Richard Boe is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-6 225 lb. frame from San Carlos, CA who attends St Francis HS. Big strong thick build, has the ability to get even stronger. Over the top arm slot, big downhill angle, arm is loose and easy out front, compact in back, some effort at release. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, varies fastball velocity and tends to lose velocity from the stretch, fastball mostly straight. Developing curveball, did not see change up. Potential power arm with development and adjustments. Verbal commitment to Arizona State.
