Hunter Bland is a 2014 OF/2B with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Ocala, FL who attends Vanguard HS. Compact frame, thin athletic build with room to fill. Short to the ball, rotational swing, direct hand path, contact approach. Low hand load, slight uphill swing plane results from load, quick hands, good balance to swing. Solid release time on throws, short arm action, good defensive actions, quick feet, good footwork. Excellent student.
