Christian Bailey is a 2014 1B/3B with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Kingsport, TN who attends Dobyns Bennett. Bailey has long lean frame with room to fill out. hits from a wide base with no stride. Fluid stroke with good bat speed. Gap to gap approach with good quick hands to the ball. Line drive swing plane with some lift, makes consistent good contact. Defensively, solid athletic actions, good lateral movement with good hands and feet. Reacts well to batted ball and attacks baseball. Good Student.
