2004 West Coast Top Prospect Showcase
Tim is a 2005 grad from Aliso Nigel High School in Southern California and stands 5'7" and 155 lbs. He's a solidly built kid with a chance to get even more physical in the future. Tim is a scrappy high energy kind of player with an aggressive approach to the game who will maximize his physical tools. At second base, he is a solid defender with good hands and enough athletic ability to make some spectacular plays. He moves well laterally and can turn a quick double play. At the plate, Tim is a spray hitter that makes good consistent contact, drive the ball into the gaps and do some of the little things that a early portion of the line up bat needs to do. Any coach would love to have this kid on his team. He should have no problem having a successful year and playing at the next level. Tim is an outstanding student who has interest in some top level academic colleges.
