Drew Higginbotham is a 2012 C/3B with a 5-10 205 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Vandergrift HS. Big strong compact build. Outstanding raw arm strength, compact arm action, jumps through the ball to throw, stays on line, willing and able blocker, 1.92 best pop time. Right handed hitter, raises up to hit and changes eye level, has strength to create bat speed, muscles ball, jumps off the barrel well at times, needs some adjustments to improve base hitting tools. Would be interesting to see his arm strength on the mound. Good student.
