Jarrod Boon is a 2022 RHP/IF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Bogart, GA who attends Clarke Central. Large frame with a slender build showing room to fill out physically. Primary Right-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch. Simple mechanics as he stays balanced throughout before working direct to dish. Drives with the lower half before releasing from a three-quarter slot. Went right after hitters with a solid three pitch mix. Fastball up to 78 mph with good arm side run. Also went to a fading changeup in the upper-60's & rounded the arsenal off with an 11-to-5 breaking ball in the upper-60's as well. Proved he could miss barrels and get outs as he had confidence in his stuff. Great Student.
